Hooligans will not be sold tickets
The State Duma adopted the law on aviation brawls in the third final reading. Now airlines have the opportunity to form “black lists” of violators, they can be denied the purchase of a ticket.
The adopted amendments may lead to the imposition of administrative punishment for non-compliance by passengers with the “lawful orders of the aircraft commander”.
The airline is obliged to add the bully to the “black list” within 30 days after receiving a court decision about the disorder on board. Debashers will be on the list for 1 year.
