The cost of obtaining a biometric passport can grow from 3500 RUB to 5000 RUB. Such a proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation found support from the government commission on legislative activities.
Most likely, the state duty for new generation passports for children will increase: from 1.5 thousand RUB to 2.5 thousand RUB. The increase in prices should reimburse the budget for the production of documents. We remind you that the cost of documents of the old sample will remain the same.
