Pyshma, EKAD. For 16,000 rubles per month, plus electricity and water by meters (an average of 1,750 rubles / month).
Mandatory occupancy conditions:
- availability of an identity document;
- prepayment for a month of residence and deposit for keys and safety of property in the amount of 10,000 rubles in cash. The pledge is returned upon departure, subject to the return of the premises and property in the same condition as upon acceptance.
