We tried to embody the best traditions of Eastern cordiality and generosity, so that every visitor feels like a dear guest.
The restaurant menu includes the most delicious dishes of Uzbek cuisine. For their preparation, recipes and technologies tested for centuries are used. Soups and hot dishes we cook in cast-iron pots on an open fire, kebab on coals, and bread in a stone oven in our own lavash.
We select the best ingredients and do not use frozen products. Since the right meat dish starts with quality chilled meat, we don’t store large stocks and buy fresh meat every morning at the slaughterhouse.
The interior of the restaurant is made in oriental style, there are soft areas, halls for smokers and non-smokers. You can enjoy delicious food, comfort and a pleasant atmosphere in Gilama.
There is live music for you every Friday and Saturday.
