Restaurant "Ekaterinodar" can rightfully be considered the hallmark of the city for two decades. The atmosphere of Ekaterinodar’s “modest charm of the bourgeoisie” of the early twentieth century is Kuban and the so-called “gastronomic Russian”: traditional recipes are influenced by time and noticeably facilitated. The menu with Kuban "specialties", compact and win-win, no questionable experiments, hence the stable quality and impeccable reputation among the regulars of the city's restaurants. Guests are delighted with berry liquors, handmade candy and snuff tobacco, which is offered after a meal. The pride of the restaurant is its own cabaret ballet and its musical performances four times a week. On other days, instrumental music is played and retro films are shown. They like to bring guests to the city, arrange romantic dates and celebrate family holidays.
