Hotel complex "Izmailovo" in the city of Moscow

"Izmailovo" is a legendary hotel complex in Moscow, located 100 meters from the metro station "Partizanskaya". It consists of several buildings. The total number of rooms is about five thousand rooms. The height of all five buildings is the same - 30 floors. The capacity is about 10,000 people. Construction was carried out for 4 years.

Construction was completed in the spring of 1980, just weeks before the start of the Olympic Games. The first guests were tourists who came to the capital for the Olympics.
Hotels were built in a very good place: the forest park, located next to the hotel "Izmailovo", pleases guests with its views and clean air, 2 steps to the metro, you can quickly reach the center of Moscow.
For the development of the hotel project, a group of authors (architects, engineers and artists) were awarded state awards of the USSR.
The Olympic theme has become central to the architecture of the hotel complex. Izmailovo is a composition of five high-rise buildings (Alpha, Beta, Vega, Gamma Delta) grouped around the central square on which the concert hall is located. Two buildings, Gamma and Delta, are docked with ends. Sometimes Izmailovo hotels are distinguished by their geographical location. For example, “Vega” is called Western, and “Beta” is called Southern.
Many interesting solutions were implemented in the development of technological equipment. Autonomous boiler room allows you to constantly provide all buildings with hot water. For the first time in the practice of hotels in Izmailovo, systems were introduced: automatic registration of rooms, automatic dust removal, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke removal and sprinkler fire extinguishing.
