Every Muscovite before engaging in the organization of their holidays, you need to know the basic terms and concepts of the tourist business, the principles of work of travel agencies and travel agencies of Moscow, the services provided by these organizations, what responsibility they bear to the customer.

A travel company or tour operator is an organization that directly completes services for customers. The travel agency concludes contracts for the transportation of tourists, determines hotels for the reception of tourists, is engaged in obtaining visas at consulates and performs other work on the organization of recreation.

A travel agency is an intermediary (connection) between a tourist and a travel agency. The agency sells ready-made vouchers, tickets and provides information received from travel companies.

In any big city, and especially in Moscow, there is a sufficient number of travel companies, firms, agencies. Demand creates supply. Therefore, before you pay money and deal with the registration of the trip, you need to get the maximum information about the travel company and the agency with which you want to deal. Information can be obtained from familiar people, in periodicals and finally on the Internet.

It is necessary to remember and know that the travel agency will not deal with you without prepayment and will not book a tour. If you are thinking about going, then the hotel you chose will impose a fine on the travel company, and she, in turn, on the travel agency. The contract specifies fines in case of refusal of the customer from the trip.
The cost of travel in different companies can be different. This is due to the fact that some travel agencies make an additional discount from the price set by the travel agency to the detriment of themselves, and some do not. There are instances when travel agencies charge up the cost.

The main responsibility for fulfilling the conditions under the contract lies with the travel company and the airline. A travel agency is responsible only for the correctness of registration of documents when selling a tour, for giving the correct information about the tour, cost, hotel, the correctness of writing passport data, transferring documents to the tourist.

The standard package of services of the Moscow travel agency should include:

After negotiations with the agent, you should have complete and reliable information about your vacation. If the information provided satisfies you, make a decision.
