The hotel "Troika" is located on the second floor of the panoramic part of the residential building along Bogatyrsky Prospekt, 5 minutes from Komfandantsky Prospekt and 15 minutes on foot to the CPKiO. The house has convenient parking, near cafes, restaurants, shops. Three are cozy fully equipped rooms of Standard and Comfort class for single and double accommodation. "Troika" is not a mini-hotel or hotel, we provide for rent comfortable rooms for quiet, peaceful, family leisure or tourism.

All 9 rooms are equipped with a spacious double bed, a 32-inch TV panel, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi Internet access, free telephone service in St. Petersburg and Moscow, a separate bathroom with a shower cabin or bathroom, and three Jacuzzi rooms. Most rooms have their own glazed loggias. For your convenience, we also have an operating kitchen.
