In June 2019, in the framework of the gastronomic festival “At Pozharsky in Torzhka”, we took first places in all four nominations of the competition “Pozharskaya patty: from the past to the future”:

• Best Tradition of Historical Tradition
• best presentation when serving a dish
• The best modern reading of an old recipe.

Thus, we have consolidated the previous achievement – our recipe for fire cutlets was recognized as the exclusive standard of the project “Gastronomic Map of Russia” in 2017.

Gentlemen, please pay attention to the fact that on Fridays and Saturdays after 21:00 we always have a music program and a fee (100 rubles). If you plan to have dinner in a quiet atmosphere, chat, then it is better to stay in a small quiet room. We have a disco in the big hall. Warn the waiter.
