Museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

In May 2011, a new museum was opened in Donetsk. This is a museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM). The museum exhibition is located in the fire department of the city and covers an area of more than 300 square meters.

Here you can see both old equipment of firefighters and modern. Also in the museum there are ammunition from the times of the Great Patriotic War, which were neutralized by pyrotechnics, a control room, which is almost fifty years old, old phones and the first computer that worked in Glavka.

In addition to viewing the exhibits in the museum, you can visit the assembly hall, where you can watch a film about fire services or listen to a concert. The museum quickly won the hearts of residents and guests of Donetsk, so the organizers plan to further expand the museum - to create an exposition of rescue vehicles.
