Recreation house "Pitius" is located a few kilometers from the center of Pitsunda on the territory of a beautiful subtropical park and is located on the sea shore. The rest house "Pitius" occupies its own extensive park area adjacent to the territory of the boarding house "Litfond". On the territory grows healing Pitsunda pine, boxwood, various exotic trees and shrubs. The room fund is concentrated in a 10-storey bedroom building and is represented by rooms of various comfort categories. The building rises perpendicular to the shore, so from all the rooms there are magnificent views of the sea. In 2008, the rest house was cosmetically repaired, and on the last floor a major reconstruction was carried out. At the moment there are the most comfortable rooms with European repairs.
