Budrint is often called the “business card of Albania”. After all, this is a real ancient city, the first settlements on the territory of which appeared in the 10th century BC! For many centuries Budrint was a Greek, Roman, later Byzantine and even Venetian city. Today Budrint is a World Heritage Site and has been under UNESCO protection since 2000. A huge number of foreign tourists come here every day, we will not lag behind them! So, let's go to Budrint.

During the tour we will take a walk through the ancient city, see the ruins of ancient Greek, Roman, Byzantine and Venetian structures. We will see the amphitheater, which was built in the 3rd century BC, Roman baths, medieval churches, nympheo, the temple of Asclepius and other interesting buildings. We will walk along the eucalyptus alley, climb to the top of the hill, where there is a 15th century Venetian castle and an observation deck. We will also visit the Budrinta Museum, which contains numerous exhibits found in the city during archaeological expeditions.

After a walk in Budrint, we will visit the resort village of Xamili, which contains the most popular beaches of Albania with snow-white sand and wonderful restaurants where you can taste all kinds of dishes from fresh seafood.

A trip to the castle of Lecursy, which is located on the top of the hill, so from the observation deck of the castle you can see wonderful panoramas of Saranda, the Greek island of Corfu and the majestic Ionian Sea. The castle was built in the 15th century by the famous Turkish Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.
