Sculpture by Salvador Dali “The Nobility of Time”

The sculpture of Salvador Dali “The Nobility of Time” is installed in the capital of the Principality of Andorra – Andorra la Vella. It was presented to the government of Andorra by an agent and employee of Salvador Dali in 1968-1982, Enric Sabater. A stunning five-meter sculpture is installed on the most prestigious square of the city, in the oldest quarter, dating from the XII century.

The bronze sculpture is one of a series of "melted" soft watches created by Dali, it symbolizes the passage of time. The image of the clock is located on the trunk of a tree, on the top of the clock is a crown, symbolizing the power of time over humanity.
