Museum of Orthodox Icons

The oldest exhibits are icons of the fifteenth century. The rest of the exposition is represented by samples of iconography of the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries. 70 different icons with the faces of Christ are painted on wood.

In the Western world, there are only three such museums, giving an opportunity to get acquainted with the collections of Orthodox icon painting. In Andorra, such an unusual museum for such a small country appeared thanks to the initiative of the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Andorra Anton Zorzano.
