National Museum of Cabildo

Bolí var 65, 1066 Buenos Aires, Argentina

About the company:

The Cabildo Museum is one of the many visiting cards of Buenos Aires. The former government building now has the status of a national historical museum.

This first brick building of the city is adjacent to the main square of the country - Plaza de Mayo, where in 1810 Argentina was proclaimed an independent republic. The decision was made at Cabildo.

Now serious state problems are not solved here, but with the help of many exhibitions, the patriotic spirit of Argentines is nurtured. The most important attraction of the museum is the printing press, from which the first printed documents flew out under the press. The Muei is also proud of the silver and gold shield, a gift from the Brazilian government as a sign of support for the British invasion.

The grandeur and grace of the building, as well as its underground prisons, attract many tourists interested in the history of Argentina.
