Square and Avenue Colon

Colon Square is located in the center of Mar Del Plata, Argentina. Next to it is Colon Avenue. On the square you can see sculptures and monuments of undoubted artistic value.

Of interest are the statue of Don Patricio Peralta Ramos made of cast bronze, the marble monument to Christopher Columbus, the monument to Isabella Catholic, the Venus of Milo made of iron, and the statue of Carrara marble depicting a bathing woman.

Near the square are a hotel and a casino.
