About the company:

The Yamana People's Museum is a museum in which the exposition tells about the Yamana people - the Indians of Tierra del Fuego and Cape Horn, located in the city of Ushuaia. It is a small museum but has a lot of information. A visit to the museum is necessary to learn about the history of mankind, which is of great interest. The museum is located in a small house and is easy to find. Inside are several rooms with historical information about how the Yamana people reached Tierra del Fuego and how they lived.

The exposition of the museum answers the most important question, how the Yamana managed to exist in the Falkland Islands without clothes before the arrival of missionaries to Tierra del Fuego. The exposition of the museum is divided into several halls. The first hall, Origin and Migration, recreates some fragments from human migrations that were occupied all over the world before the Yaman people came to Tierra del Fuego. The second hall, Discoveries and Contacts, displays the European discovery of Tierra del Fuego and the history of contacts between Europeans and Yaman and other Tierra del Fuego indigenous groups. The third hall is the Life of the Yaman, whose exposition reflects the economic life of the Yaman people. Also in the museum show a video about the life of the people.
