So, children under 14 years of age need to submit documents such as an application, birth certificate (original and photocopy), receipt for payment of the state duty, previously obtained passport (if any), original and photocopies of passports of parents or guardians, documents confirming the change of name of parents (guardians), if they differ from the documents on the child, photos.

Children from 14 to 18 years old need, in addition to the above, among the documents for a passport to submit their own passport.

Adult citizens do not provide a birth certificate among the documents, but they must submit an application, passport, receipt for payment of the state duty, previously obtained passport, employment record, pension certificate, registration certificate of individual entrepreneurs (original and copy) - for individual entrepreneurs, a certificate of the MO form (permit to leave the Russian Federation) - for military personnel, a certificate of the established sample from the military enlistment office (men from 18 to 17 years old), or a military ticket.
