It will be a year since we live in Argentina. We have already seen a lot in terms of life, life, service, communication with people, so now we can objectively tell about the real advantages of relocation in Argentina.
The atmosphere of the home.
Many people say they feel at home in Argentina. And it really is. There is no such thing as an immigrant because it is a country of immigrants. That is why many locals accept all people as their own. And from the first day you will feel that you are in your native place, where you are welcome, can always help, prompt, without paying attention to ignorance of the language. This is the most European country in South America, so the whole way of life for immigrants from the CIS is very familiar, understandable and close.

It is a pleasure to live in a country where the constitution is a basic law that cannot be broken. This law protects the rights of all people living in Argentina. According to article 14 of the Argentine Constitution:
All the inhabitants of the Nation enjoy the following rights under the laws governing their exercise: namely, to work and engage in any lawful branch; sailing and commerce; to petition the authorities; to enter, remain, transit and leave Argentina; to publish their ideas in the press without prior censorship; to use and dispose of their property; to associate for useful purposes; to practice their worship freely; to teach and to study.
This means that all people living in Argentina have the rights of citizens of Argentina. And this is also very much felt in the organization of all life.
In addition, the power of trade unions is very large, the power of the people matters, so citizens can safely defend their rights and the government listens to the people.
Of course, elections are real, so citizens can choose the president and the government by voting.
.4. Ability to travel within the country.
Argentina is a very large country with diverse nature, so you can travel inland for years, admiring the nature of the warm climate in the north and cool landscapes in the south of the country. Here is one of the wonders of the world - Iguazu Falls, glacier Perito Moreno. Sea lions live in the city five hours from the capital, you can see penguins. There are many unique species of animals and plants that are found only in Argentina.
5. Affordable housing prices and the opportunity for foreign citizens to buy property.
We conducted a small survey for ourselves and found that in Buenos Aires, for a second, the second capital of the continent, you can buy an apartment within 100,000 dollars, which is 9 million rubles at today's exchange rate. And it will be an apartment in one of the most promising countries in South America, which has embarked on active development.
In our La Plata, which is located an hour from the capital and generally you can take an apartment for 40-50 thousand dollars, it is 3.5-4.5 million rubles. And in both cases it will be a full-fledged large apartment with a separate bedroom, very bright, sunny.
We believe that investing in real estate in Argentina is a great investment opportunity, because in 5-10 years prices will jump 1.5-2 times exactly according to our modest observation of the course of development of the country.
