Travel to Glasgow and Berlin
Which European cities will each of us remember? Paris, London and Berlin, right? Some may even call it Berlin in the first place. History lovers will have something to see in this city, once formidable and terrible, intended by Hitler to be the capital of the world, then - a symbol of the division of Germany and the incessant discord, and now peaceful and friendly. This city is one of the greenest in Europe - a third of its territory is occupied by parks, forests and lakes. In this greenery, such historical monuments as the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate, the monument to the liberator warrior, a piece of the Berlin Wall, turned into the world’s largest open-air art gallery and Spandau, rise. In the greenery bathes the ancient street Unter den Linden, a symbol of Berlin. There are cathedrals above it, the main of which is the Berlin Cathedral. Fans of visiting museums can be advised to visit the Island of Museums, the Pergamon Museum and the Dalem Museums. There are 170 museums in Berlin. Bypass all of them you are unlikely to succeed, but it is still worth trying. Trust me, you won't waste time.
I must say that the best apartments in Berlin, if you book them in advance over the Internet, will cost you much cheaper than staying in a hotel. And this means that you can live in a wonderful city longer, walk around cafes and discos, relax in Tiergarten Park and in Grunewalde, where there are still unafraid foxes and rabbits, take children to Berlin zoos (there are several of them, and they are one of the best in Europe). If you wish, you can devote yourself to shopping, walking through the streets of Cudamm, Tauencenstrasse, Breitschideplatz and Oliver Platz.
Germany is a long-standing center of attraction for Russian and world tourism. But Scotland lovers of travel are just beginning to master. Therefore, prices for cheap hotels in Glasgow are low compared to other cities in Europe. And if you book them in advance, you can save even more.
Glasgow is a bustling and rich West End. Here you will find many cafes, discos and shops, quiet streets reminiscent of the old Scotland of Walter Scott, the richest museums – the Glasgow Art Gallery, the museum and art gallery in Kelvingrove Park, ancient castles and excellent fishing. Here you can get acquainted with the original Scottish cuisine. For this, you should visit FannyTrollope’s, ShandonBellesBlack and SheepBistro. Shoppers will be able to enjoy themselves here!
