Moscow

So different Vietnam: Nha Trang

A modern, youthful, vibrant city with developed infrastructure. Here and there - restaurants, clubs, hotels, museums and squares. There's always something to do here.

Immediately notice quite strange houses - narrow and tall. By law, a house with a facade more than 5 meters wide (along the road) is taxed. Therefore, the streets look like bookshelves - lined with volumes of works of Vietnamese architecture.

Crossing the road in the city is very difficult, even on a pedestrian crossing. Because mopeds are always the main ones and occupy 3/4 lanes of the carriageway. And they don't give in. Never. You just have to hope that you get passed while you cross over.

The beach is urban and does not go in comparison with Fantiet. Large golden clear sand.

True, paid sunbeds, but not expensive. If you are told that for each you need to pay 100 thousand dong – do not pay attention, go on – there is also 40. And the next day, go back to the first one and they'll give you one in 20. Competition.

The sea in Nha Trang is incredible – blue and transparent. The beauty is indescribable! You always think that this is a dream that is about to disappear. I can't believe this could happen in the city.

Almost every day the sun shone brightly and hot for up to two days. You can catch a tan immediately and very well. I have dark skin and I rarely burn in the sun, but here I even climbed. So arm yourself with sunscreen and don’t sunbathe very actively for the first three days!

By the way, on the beach often give out invitations to local clubs. The most popular is the Zima Club. Then on invitations we were given free cocktails - a trifle, but nice. And the club was happy! Every evening there is live music: a rock band, a Vietnamese singer who knows the songs of Vaenga. Another way to have a fun evening.

Night Market in Nha Trang

So familiar in Thailand, but not so impressive. In the range only: haberdashery, jewelry and souvenirs.

Most of all, we were surprised by the indoor market, with the talking name Cho Dam.

A large circular building, from the side resembling a shopping center - inside a market of two floors. Outside - fresh and dried sea reptiles, fruits, Vietnamese sweets and so on and so on. This is where we stocked. What I think you can buy at home:

The famous Vietnamese coffee. Ground or in grains - still, own plantations guarantee excellent quality. And don’t forget about the special metal mini brewers that you will find throughout the trip. Use them as intended or buy them as a souvenir – this is an important attribute of local color.

Cocoa. But only with coconut milk. These are the two ingredients of a delicious chocolate drink. And take more - it ends very quickly.

Jeans. You will not find this quality everywhere. Standard models are classic. I bought it for about 600 thousand dong and can not be happy! I’m in my third year and nothing is done. Do not lose color, do not shuffle - I am still surprised.

The rest is up to you. There is everything that the soul desires and allows the wallet. Prices are low, but that doesn’t stop you from bargaining. In Vietnam, you can bargain even in the store - do not give in, and your shopping will be successful!

Entertainment Island VINPEARL

One road leads to the island - a cable car, but not simple, but the longest in the world, among those above the water. The ticket card is bought for the funicular itself - the entrance to the island. It costs about 800-900 thousand dong.

Winperl lives on his own schedule, and if you follow him, you can have time to see the maximum number of places in one day. There are many sites on the territory that operate simultaneously. Here they dance, on the left - a monkey show, on the right - live music. Eyes running out.

You go straight to the amusement park. All of them are very similar to our Russian ones from Gorky Park, but there are a couple of extreme ones. So, remember your childhood and get on the breeze. Why would I recommend him? Because you will fly over the slope with stunning views of the park itself and the shore of Nha Trang.

Who says cars are only for kids?

Waterpark. A sea of water and emotion!

One drawback: climb all the water slides have on the steps of thick metal rods, without any decking! If you get up barefoot, after a couple of times you want to ride at all. So my advice: go in flip-flops, and when you go down, put them in your arms so they don't fly off. This is the only way to save your feet and nerves.

Oceanarium. The secrets of the ocean under glass.

Seal and Dolphin Show. Against the backdrop of an overcast sunset - a gorgeous sight.

Snow-white beach

This sand is mined specifically for the island 35 kilometers from Nha Trang - in the city of Cam Ranh. You will not find such a beach in Vietnam again. A real paradise.

Fountain show. An exciting dance of light and water to popular Vietnamese music.

4D cinema and slot machines

Finally, you can indulge yourself with such toys. Especially so many!

We boarded the Funicular when it was only minutes before closing. The day passed unnoticed.

Summing up, I want to say that Vietnam is one of the most comfortable foreign resorts for a resident of Russia. Thanks to the educational program, Russian is taught in schools, so it is better to understand Russian than English (at least in the resorts of Fantjet and Mui Ne). It is only necessary to look around - everywhere Russian memos, names, signs - everything for our tourist. And the Vietnamese love the Russians. Not even like that. The Vietnamese love Russia. During the Vietnam War, the Soviet Union provided the country with considerable support, for which the locals are still grateful. It is difficult to remain indifferent when completely strangers welcome you in their country with home warmth.

It was a very busy journey. I saw Vietnam in different ways: urban and rural, beautiful and not so good. I saw it as real because the world is not a picture, its beauty is known by comparison. For me, Vietnam is simple, soulful and native. I want to go back there, and I need to visit my family more often!
