Czech eco-farm Bohemiae Rosa Farm invites guests.
Organic food products are products of agriculture and the food industry that are manufactured in accordance with approved rules (standards) providing for the rejection (minimization of the use) of pesticides, synthetic mineral fertilizers, growth regulators, artificial food additives, as well as prohibiting the use of genetically modified products.
Some people become vegetarians simply because they cannot be sure of the quality of the meat they consume. Buying raw meat or ready-made sausages, they can not vouch even for the meat of which animal they get, let alone the body part and quality of the meat. Anguished staring at food and doubts about whether the steak mooed or still meowed, eventually lead to the fact that it is easier to give up eating meat altogether. But this is not the way out of the situation. If you think about it, the fruits and vegetables we buy can be just as dangerous.
It is recommended not to buy watermelons in early summer, but why wait? It’s all about how they were grown. Today, in addition to traditional fertilizers, a huge number of different chemicals are used in agriculture. Some relieve plants of parasites, others accelerate growth rates, allowing you to harvest several crops per year. The less natural the environment is, the more chemical additives are needed and the more chemicals get into fruits and vegetables. They are not always poisonous - cases of poisoning are very rare, but dehydrated and grown at speed, to take maximum profit, they harm the body in the long term. This is the same poison from medieval ballads that kills years later, leaving the identity of the killer secret.
Today, in developed countries, people are becoming seriously concerned about the environment and what they eat. Village fairs have become popular in cities where farmers sell produce grown on their plots. You'll know the difference. It is like fruits and vegetables grown in the country. “Own” is always better than “purchased”. And the country chicken eggs? If you’ve been eating eggs from a supermarket all your life, you’ll find that there’s something wrong with the village eggs, even though the opposite is true. In fact, the yolk should be bright orange.
Environmental farms have been emerging in Europe in recent years. Farmers grow plants and animals in natural conditions, using neither genetically modified breeds, nor any artificial drugs, nor pesticides.
The resulting organic food is nothing compared to what most expensive restaurants offer, let alone supermarkets and fast food outlets. It's real food.
In the Czech Republic, there are still few farms that produce natural products, and even fewer where you can have a decent rest in addition to food.
