Interview with the General Director of Mitra-Tour - Galina Osipova

Aurora:

- Good afternoon! Spring is the richest time of year for holidays, tell us how you spend the holidays? Are you working or giving yourself a chance to rest?

Osipova Galina:

Good afternoon! You have to combine holidays with work, as it is directly related to rest. This time they rested in Abano Terme - Italy, managed to work at the tourist exhibition in Milan, and then went to Sunny Tuscany, where they combined rest with the search for new places.

Aurora:

Tell us where you started and why you chose the tourism industry.

Osipova Galina:

I just had free time after school.

Aurora:

- Does your company have any characteristics that set it apart from its many competitors?

Osipova Galina:

We understand very well how difficult it is sometimes to take a week off in our difficult times, and we try to make it as comfortable as possible for people who work hard.

Aurora:

- Where do residents of the northern capital prefer to rest? What is the most important factor when choosing a tourist destination?

Osipova Galina:

It is hard to say that everyone has their own priorities, especially for people who have been everywhere. It depends on the time of year - in winter, as a rule, these are mountain skis, educational tours or balneological, thermal and spa resorts. Particularly popular over the past two years are the toxin removal programs of Henri Chenault and his biontology laboratory at Palace Merano Espace Henri Chenot on the Italian border with Austria and Bagni di Piza Medical Spa Resort in Tuscany. In summer, of course, the seaside resorts.

Aurora:

- Where do you like to relax?

Osipova Galina:

I really like Ischia, I rest there almost every year. In September, we had a holiday in Slovenia in Portorož, I really liked it.

Aurora:

— The question that probably interests many people is: are stars and public people your clients/partners? And how many requests of star customers are different from ordinary?

Osipova Galina:

Yes, they do. No, they're no different. It depends on the person. Sometimes "star disease" affects people who have nothing to do with publicity.

Aurora:

- How do you feel about the fashion culture of St. Petersburg? Do you like to go to fashion shows, fashion clubs, presentations and other social events?

Osipova Galina:

I feel very good, but to be honest, I often get to such events in Italy.

Aurora:

Thanks for the answers. And, in conclusion of our interview, the organizing committee of the Prize believes that it is not worth saving on your own preferences even in a crisis. Do you think it makes sense to save money when choosing a company with less expensive services?

Osipova Galina:

I totally agree with the organizing committee. I think saving on yourself, especially on your vacation, is wrong.
