Holiday in October: wasted time or a training ground for pleasure?
If you think about vacation, then summer, warmth and a lot of sun, but not everyone is so lucky, and someone’s vacation coincides with the first autumn months. However, do not despair, because even October can bring a lot of joy to people with a lot of free time. In the Urals, it is not distinguished by warm and sunny weather, so we will "descend" to the south, the good world is big, and there is a place to go.
At this time of year, one of the most popular destinations is Nepal, and the truly local weather offers a storm of new, exciting emotions. This country attracts the atmosphere of antiquity, and the air itself is saturated with a philosophical attitude to life, and it seems that only when you set foot on the land of Nepal, you actually set foot on the path of enlightenment. Remember that the Buddha was born in this country. In Nepal, you can find a variety of recreation options – from climbing mountain peaks to fishing in the local paradise. There is, however, a very significant disadvantage: despite a fairly cheap holiday in Nepal, the flight will cost you a tidy sum.
If you weren’t scared by the wildfires that hit Italy this summer, you might want to visit this wonderful country. However, in October on the sea you are unlikely to spend time, but you will have more time to see the sights. Florence, Venice, Rome... For every tourist, Italy is different, because it really has something to show. You definitely need to visit the city of Perugia, which is the birthplace of Italian chocolate and the annual festival "Eurochocolate" - a paradise for sweet tooth. Italy will please you in October with relatively low prices, as well as the fact that the influx of tourists is small, and therefore do not have to stand in queues to museums.
Many tourists in October prefer the warm sun ski resorts, which is not surprising, because they allow you to actively spend time in the crystal clear air and surrounded by magnificent snowy views. Austria has won the hearts of millions of people from all over the world with its ski resorts: here you will find something to do both aces and beginners of alpine skiing. Someone comes here just to relax in nature, and someone - to hang out: arrange shopping, go to concerts and excursions or indulge in gambling. Despite its small size, Italy has a huge selection of resorts, so that you will definitely pick up something for your wallet and interest, and this is an undoubted plus.
Do not forget that our country is extremely rich in places where you can spend your vacation quite exciting. Take, for example, the Sakhalin region, recently this region is increasingly popular. On the islands you can visit a huge number of excursions, go fishing together with professionals (they say that fishing on Sakhalin brings a storm of positive emotions), go diving, go on a sea trip on kayaks, well, or just enjoy the beauty of nature.
In the first half of October in Primorye still continues the swimming season: tourists this pearl of the Far East attracts beautiful beaches, warm sea and the opportunity, fenced off from civilization, to be alone with yourself and your thoughts. Autumn in this region of Russia comes later than in the rest, so, having arrived here in the first half of the month, you will enjoy the sea, and in the second - admire the colors of golden autumn, in which nature will dress.
October is traditionally a month of slush and coolness, gradually turning into cold, and if your holiday falls on this month, do not let the autumn depression fill your vacation.
