Documents required for travel.
A valid Russian passport submitted to the travel agency, a birth certificate for children.

Reservations for cruises.
If you have already selected the itinerary, departure date and cabin category, the travel agency will make a reservation according to your order. Bookings can be made both in the office of the travel agency and by phone. This service is free of charge.

Cancel cruise.
The refusal of the cruise is accepted only in writing. The passenger must return all the documents issued to him, after which the booking will be officially canceled. At the same time, all fines provided for in the tourist service contract are charged to the passenger. In case of loss of any documents issued to the passenger, the cost of the cruise is not refunded. There are no exceptions to these rules and we recommend that you carefully consider all the details when booking a cruise.

Replacement.
The charterer reserves the right to replace the specified cabin with a similar or higher category cabin without additional payment or a lower category with a return of the difference in the cost of the cabins.

Force majeure.
In the case of strikes, weather conditions (a simple vessel in fog is most often the cause of a shortening of the route, this is especially important for tourists of “outbound flights”, when the preliminary program may be reduced by half), hostilities or other force majeure circumstances, the charterer of the ship has the right, without prior notice and without any liability to passengers, to cancel or change the route or date of departure of the ship, as well as to offer a replacement of the ship or port of call.

Landing on the ship.
We advise you to arrive in the city where the cruise begins at least six hours before the departure of the ship. Landing begins two hours before the ship departs. All passengers must be on board at least one hour before departure. Responsibility for timely arrival on the ship lies entirely with the passenger. If the passenger is late or does not appear for boarding the ship for any reason, the cruise is canceled and the cost of the cruise is not refunded.

Meals on board.
For the convenience of passengers on board the ship there are two meals in the restaurant. The time may vary depending on the ship and the route.

What clothes to take with you on a cruise.
On board the ship adopted a free style of clothing (shorts, shirt, shirt, etc.). For excursions in the ports of call, take comfortable shoes and clothes. On some excursions (visiting churches, monasteries, etc.) tourists in shorts are not allowed, and women need a skirt and a headscarf. You can also take warm clothes - the river is often cool, even on hot days. At the beginning of the cruise, the captain arranges a reception (usually a farewell dinner, on the last evening of the cruise).

Rules of conduct on board the ship and in ports of call.
Throughout the cruise, the passenger is obliged to comply with internal regulations, comply with safety rules and comply with all orders of the crew of the ship and the Cruise Directorate. This is an important safety feature for you and other passengers. Keep clean on the streets of visited cities and on board the ship. Preserve the surrounding nature, take care of historical and cultural monuments. Show respect to other passengers, keep quiet. We strongly recommend that you pay special attention to the rules of behavior on the water. Instruction on safety on the ship will be conducted by the captain immediately after departure of the ship on the flight.

Purchase of souvenirs and other products.

Remember that on the central streets, near the river station or pier, on the territories of monasteries and the Kremlin, the cost of souvenirs is inflated. The same souvenirs can be bought much cheaper in any store, or a tent a little off the "tourist trail". Remember also that you should not buy food (berries, mushrooms, fish) from your hands at the piers.

Captain of the ship and cruise management.
The captain is the commander of the ship, so all passengers are obliged to obey the orders of the master within his authority. If you have any questions or wishes, you can always contact the Cruise Directorate.

The rules of conduct on the flight heat

Your journey begins with checking in and getting the keys to the cabins. During registration, which begins 1.5 hours in the main span of the ship, and ends 15 minutes before the departure of the ship. You should definitely present a tourist tour.

At the organizational meeting at the beginning of the flight, you will get acquainted with the staff of the travel company and the ship's management, you will be instructed on safety and rules of behavior on the water (the time and place of conduct of the meeting will be announced by ship radio). Individual life jackets are in each cabin in the wardrobe, on the doors, which are posted instructions for their use.

Information about the route, schedule, excursions, etc. is posted in the main span of t / x on the stand.

Rules of conduct on the ship and accommodation in cabins:
• maintain cleanliness and order;
• Strictly observe fire safety regulations;
• When leaving the cabin, close the water tap, turn off the light;
Do not leave cabins and windows open, especially during parking.

During the cruise on t / x is prohibited:
• throw garbage overboard;
• Make noise after 24:00;
• to run on ladders and decks;
• Get out of the fence;
• in parking lots - swim in unspecified places and swim behind buoys;

It is prohibited to:

• Smoking (material for finishing the cabins of the ship quickly flammable);
• use electric heating devices. (With regard to electric shavers and hair dryer - in the cabins of high-comfort vessels, sockets for them are in the bathroom, on ships of the old design all sockets are in the corridor);
• store bulky things, flammable objects;
keep animals and birds without the permission of the administration;
• leave children alone without supervision;

Precautions:
in case of detection of smoke immediately inform the duty officer located in the main span t / x;
In case of fire, you need to go to the open part of the deck and wait for the command of the captain of the ship.

About all malfunctions in the cabin we recommend to write in the journal located in the main span at the duty conductor.

Attention!!!

Take special care on decks and ladders during and after rain. With strong pitching, it is not recommended to stand near the sides and go out at night on the deck (especially when crossing large lakes and reservoirs, in particular Onega, Ladoga and reservoirs on the Volga, Kama).

End of cruise
Three hours before the end of the trip, you need to hand over bed linen and towels. After arrival at the port, the keys to the cabin are either left in the doors or handed over to the duty officer at the exit. You must vacate your cabins within 30 minutes to prepare them for your next flight. All of us, going on vacation, want a little rest, somewhere to sleep (at a convenient time for us), where just to sit in peace and quiet, and just to have a certain set of benefits of civilization. On the ship, in a relatively small space, a large number of people are gathered, a powerful power plant is placed, various shipworks and activities are carried out, so the selection of a cabin that meets your needs and capabilities is quite complex and individual.

Recommendations Po Choice. KYUT

The general rule for all ships is that the higher the deck and closer to the bow the cabin is, the quieter it is, the less susceptible to vibrations from the ship's propulsion system, and the more expensive it is. But there are some features. For example, on ships 588 and 26-37 in this place (upper deck) there are "suites" - good spacious cabins with a bathroom, refrigerator and decent furniture, but they are directly under the wheelhouse and if at night the ship will have to maneuver a lot, (passing locks, movement in fog, approach departure from the berths) You will listen to the work of the machine telegraph (refers only to 588) and the running of the crew members. Further behind the "luxuries" in the middle there are good first-class cabins with a washbasin, all of them single. In general, this is a good sparsely populated deck, i.e. it is unlikely that the public galloon and shower will be forever busy, the “athletes” do not wind circles on the deck (the passage on the deck into the aft part is quite narrow) children run less along the corridor. On the same deck is the captain's cabin, the level of vibration and noise for this type of ship is minimal.

On the deck below (middle), there are double cabins of the first class and four-seat second class. Again, closer to the nose of the cabin "I A" class (both beds in the same tier + washbasin) in the middle part of the cabin "I B" class (beds one above the other + washbasin), in the aft part of four local cabins, but on some ships they are converted into double. The difference between the nose and the stern is quite significant. Even in the bow, you can always feel the ship going or standing, in the stern, the vibrations are quite noticeable (especially when reversing the main engines - "braking" the ship) and the work of diesel generators is always soft. In addition, it should be borne in mind that under your windows, other passengers will almost always sit, talk and play cards, and you will not be able to close the window due to the threat of suffocation. Along the corridor along the entire ship from one cabin to another will run children. But for those who came to the steamer do not sleep, but lead a normal lifestyle, i.e. sleep from about 0.00 to 8.00, and the rest of the time active life, these are very good comfortable, spacious cabins, with excellent views from the window, well-preserved furniture, plumbing and electricity.

On the main deck are four-seat cabins of the second class. The second one is only because of the location lower than the first, and so good cabins of the same size, with the same washbasin (on the ships of the first series Prosp. 588 without a washbasin). Under the windows, no one will ever sit and obscure the view, only during moorings and locks, sailors will sometimes drag their moorings from place to place, and on a loud broadcast the commands of the watch chief will sound. In the aft part of this deck, the work of diesel engines will always be heard and the vibration from them will be felt. For a true lover of the fleet, all this will only add color to the sensations of being on the ship.

The third class - the lower deck, as it is also called in the "trum" or in the hull, is actually not as scary as it seems. In the form of windows - two round windows, behind which you can hear the splash of water, noises only purely ship (the work of diesel engines, the creaking beam on the pier), it is rarely hot, in general, you can go quite decently, especially if you plan to stay in the cabin especially, but only sleep after a busy day. The only thing that on some ships, these cabins are not in very good condition (for drunken flights they sell mainly Class III) is broken furniture, not burning light bulbs, not working broadcast, that with a certain persistence there are quite avoidable phenomena, besides, your washbasin will also be public.

It should be noted that on the ships of these projects, as well as on 737, 305 and 860 souls work on a schedule and only when the ship is outside the sanitary zones of cities.

The following two types of vessels (projects 301, 302) are quite similar in terms of categories and location of cabins. All of them are equipped with individual bathrooms (galyuna, shower, washbasin), a centralized air conditioning system and small refrigerators "Morozko".

As befits "Luxam" - they are located in the bow of the boat deck. Most ships have been rebuilt and upgraded. These are large two-bedroom rooms with good furniture, refrigerator and TV.
The difference between single and double cabins on the boat and middle deck is only in price. The vessels of these projects have excellent noise insulation, the main and auxiliary engines are installed on shock absorbers, and the presence of air conditioning makes it unnecessary to open windows. So, being in the cabin even in the middle part of the middle deck of the ship it is impossible to determine without looking out the window, the ship is coming or standing, you hear only the quiet whispering of the air conditioner, the vibrations do not get to the cabins. Even the reversing of the engines is felt only in a restaurant located on the stern of the middle deck. In general, these are very comfortable, comfortable and spacious cabins, with shelves, lockers, drawers and a table. Sleeping places are transformed into comfortable sofas. On ships 301 some cabins with bunk beds.

The cabins of the main deck of these ships are not inferior in comfort to the cabins located above, in addition, on the other hand. 302 they are all one-tiered, 301 there are four-seat. The advantages and disadvantages are the same as on previous ships - the absence of passengers sitting under your windows and the presence of mooring works, which are most likely to occur in the area of the so-called spans (the entrance to the ship, where the ladder is installed) far from the middle part of the vessel.

On the lower deck in the cabins, the finish is slightly more modest, the level of noise and vibrations is almost imperceptible, instead of windows, portholes, which are not recommended to open. On these ships, they are located quite low above the water, so that even a wave from a passing missile can flood. On Ave. 302 all four cabins are local, 301 two and three are local.

Characteristics of cabins 92-016 are similar to Prosp. 301, 302, except for the absence of a refrigerator, a more modest finish, a little more noise and vibration, the absence of electrical outlets (available in bathrooms are designed only for an electric razor, so get ready to charge your video camera in the corridor). Two-seat bunk cabins look more cramped than similar boat cabins, even 588 p.p., and similar cabins located on the boat deck are subject to the noise of the disco on the upper deck. Only crew cabins are located on the lower deck of these vessels.

Many of the vessels of Prosp. 305 are currently being modernized, the location and categories of cabins in them are strictly individual, but the general approach to the selection remains the same as on Prosp. 588, of course, taking into account the fact that 305 pr. has a two-deck superstructure.

Vessels of Austrian construction pr. Q-040, Q-056 and Q-065 (two-deck) built units, most modernized and rebuilt, so the location and characteristics of cabins on them are strictly individual, but mostly correspond to the cabins of ships pr. 301.

What to take with you on cruise?

Clothes.

The climate on the river and, of course, on the ship itself requires a slightly different form of clothing. For example, with the strong wind that accompanies any trip, it would be good to have an unblowable jacket or a warm sweatshirt or something like that. For your own personal comfort, be sure to take comfortable replaceable shoes: flip-flops, soft sneakers or sneakers, and you can also slippers - decks are not particularly dirty (except only wet). Keep in mind that if you sail on a three- or two-deck ship, it is likely that the shower will be shared on it, so it will be very advisable to take rubber slippers in order not to catch any crap. Headdress is also an integral part of your wardrobe - in the heat it will save you from sunstroke, in the cold and wind - neither your hair will tremble and will not freeze. Otherwise, you can safely take absolutely ordinary clothes, but keep in mind that if you go to Astrakhan, then most likely the temperature there will not be lower than 20 ° C (in the summer), so you do not need much warm clothes.

Accessories

But this is only the “rag” part of your suitcases. But there are a number of things without which it is better not to travel, for example, a first aid kit. Of course, there is a medical center and a doctor on the ship, but, unfortunately, in practice they are usually not observed. The composition of the first aid kit is standard (from a headache - an abundance of oxygen contributes to all kinds of diseases of the head, stomach disorders, nerves, etc., etc.) + "anti-ukachin" (4 most dangerous places in terms of pitching places: Ladoga, Onega, Rybinsk and Kuibyshevskoe indhr).

But the most important part of your ragged wardrobe should be the camera!!! Without him, you're like no arms. No memories warming cold winter evenings, no report to his wife / husband / relatives / friends. In order to make the trip more interesting and fuller, binoculars or a telescope will help - exploring the area is a very exciting activity. For its development of erudition and outlook, the map of the area and the guide will come in handy, but the travel information that the methodist gives on intra-thermal radio is quite ordinary tourists, but the real connoisseur of reflux will simply be catastrophically small. But there is no need to type all sorts of books - there is simply no time to read. And the player can be useful (how to whom). If there are green parking lots or directions of movement to the south (to Astrakhan), it is worth considering the presence of various kinds of insect animals that do not give rest either day or evening - aerosols and ointments are very useful. If you like / do not like to sunbathe on the sun deck - feel free to take a tan cream - the wind blows, the sun does not seem to burn, and after a good hour you can peel the skin in layers. You can also grab a boiler: tea, coffee and quick-cooked soups require it; although the four-decks are titans with water, and the socket, in most cases, except for a razor, there is no at all.

When entering the city, I advise you to take the following documents with you: a passport and any paper certifying belonging to the ship (already there were problems with the police).

That's all, basically. The rest is typed at your own discretion, but keep in mind that the cabinets and shelves in ships are not rubber, and you will not be able to carry the entire pile of things that, nevertheless, it is unclear why you take.

Information on Green Parking

Many tourists, going on a river cruise, it is the green parking lots that consider the central event, the one for which the trip is actually started. I even had to hear the opinion, they say, why even in cities to arrange parking? What have we, residents of large cities, never seen trams with trolleybuses on dusty streets? The rivers and lakes are full of picturesque places, so you need to visit them.

Well, it is difficult to agree with this point of view in full, but it is impossible not to admit that green parking is certainly a bright and memorable event in a river trip. To make it really comfortable and safe, read a few tips.

Parking places. Tourists, especially beginners, often ask on board, why can’t you dock elsewhere? Well, there, in that bay, and the forest looks good and the sand on the shore? The answer is simple: the place should be equipped with a berth or debarcader, certified by the RechInspection, firefighters and other control bodies, the necessary depth should be provided for the approach of ships, the parking on the pier is coordinated with the traffic schedule. There are not so many such places: Coniferous Bor and Sunny Polyana on the Pestovo reservoir in the suburbs, Sosenki on the Volga in the Kimrov region, Irma, Mandroga, Svirstroy on the Volga-Balta, Vinnovka in the Samara Luka region, Usovka near Saratov, Nikolskoe between Volgograd and Astrakhan, Ilyevka on the Volga-Don, Sergeevka on the White and some others. In addition, some traditional parking lots on tourist routes are suitable for a number of reasons under the definition of "green". These are, for example, Goritsy, Kizhi, Valaam, small towns like Myshkin.

Based on the above, we can make a fair conclusion: cleanliness and order in the places of parking can be good and "different", because many ships stop, including at the same time. Despite the strictest ban on the breeding of fires - fires in the forest, empty cans, bottles, broken glass are very likely. Watch out for children, especially on the beach. Fortunately, this “order” does not always occur, but one must be morally ready for this.

Swimming places. The most general and simple advice: look where the locals swim, see where the members of your ship’s crew will go swimming, and even better, do not hesitate to ask them about it. They visit these places several times.

Sometimes local small entrepreneurs offer walks on small boats - motorbikes, water motorcycles, yachts, etc. Based on your own common sense and remember that the travel company is not responsible for what can happen to you outside the ship and the pier. Known, for example, the case of a pleasure walk on a motorboat to the other bank of the Volga in Pisenki. There for 50 rubles brought, and back - prices rose sharply.

The same can be said about kebabs, smoked fish and other goodies. Are you sure that the sanitary-epidemic station regularly, and most importantly objectively, checks these points, remote tens of kilometers from the city? Me too. Rely only on your own common sense and life experience. Another thing is if the picnic is organized directly by the employees of the restaurant. They are directly interested in ensuring that nothing bad happens to your digestion.

Take an insect repellent with you. During the movement, this is not particularly relevant - a rare mosquito will fly to the middle of the Volga! But it will be useful in green parking lots.

In general, other precautions are quite common for going out of town. Observe fire safety measures, do not collect unknown mushrooms and berries, be careful on the water, do not scare snakes in vain, they are already difficult. In general, it is nice to spend time in nature!
