Pervouralsk is a city that works
The road from Yekaterinburg to Pervouralsk usually does not take much time: trains often go there, so you, or a tourist traveling in the Urals, will not be a problem to get there.

Maybe not everyone will be able to see the advantages and peculiar charm of an ordinary industrial city, like hundreds in all of Russia, but we will try to do it.
Those who believe that in Pervouralsk there is nothing but smoking pipes, a large factory and residents, sullen and evil, like dwarves, dragging dirty, rough robes daily, are greatly mistaken.
The fact that the city is the center of large industry in the Urals does not prevent it from being friendly, courteous and interesting in its own way.

In fact, we are doing well, especially in the summer. Arriving in the city by train, you immediately get to a rather well-groomed station, with beautiful flower beds and neat paths. Getting from the train station to the center is very easy, the bus stop is within walking distance from the apron. If you are in the city for the first time, just watch where the overwhelming number of people rush, leaving the car and follow them – you will get to the stop.
When you reach the main square, you will notice that it is not much different from other squares of small towns. Monument to Lenin, many benches, a fountain in which children like to wander in the summer, blue fir trees and the city administration building. The benches are usually occupied by mothers with strollers or skipping school shabbys. Close to the cultural palace. By the way, his model, in 1967, was shown at the world exhibition in Montreal.
When you get tired of splashing in the fountain and looking at carefree schoolchildren, you can go to the park or on the embankment.

As for the park, it has recently undergone a grandiose renovation. We changed the Ferris wheel on which my grandmother used to ride in her youth. Replaced creaking rusty metal with new rides. All of them have passed appropriate technical tests and are considered safe. Today, everyone here will find entertainment to their liking, and the park is now empty only in the middle of the working day. And then, no, no, you meet some couple holding hands.
“Study better, young people!” smiled Grandpa with the newspaper, seeing lovers.
How long have you seen a bear? And the ostrich or the wolf? These and many other animals are located in a mini-zoo, which is located right on the territory of the park of culture and recreation. A ticket to the zoo costs almost the same as it costs to buy a large glass of coffee in Yekaterinburg, and joy and pleasure will bring many times more.
Not far from the zoo is Husky Park, so beloved by local residents and guests of the city. A huge number of photos in an embrace with sled dogs filled the feeds of all popular social networks. And this is not surprising, because the entrance to the park costs only 100 rubles, and children under three years old are allowed free of charge.
It is worth putting off cuddling with dogs if you decide to visit them on the weekend. As a rule, these days comes too many people, dogs get tired, it is better to wait for a weekday to bring true joy to yourself and animals.
From the park it is worth going down to the embankment of the Lower Satan Pond. It's beautiful. Sometimes I fly seagulls over the water, children run along the shore, cyclists pass. On a hot day, you can hide from the heat in the shade of the spreading crown of trees.
On the left side, rises, recently permanent, the pride of our city - the Palace of new culture or just "puck", as it is called by the locals. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding this building, but it is standing and already functioning.
The mixture of times on the embankment is sharply striking: on the left hand of DNA, behind it stands a church, on that bank there are entirely wooden houses, on the right of typical residential buildings, and behind you are several modern high-rise buildings.
In theory, the city is located in the European part of Russia. On the road from Yekaterinburg to Pervouralsk you can see the obelisk, which marks the border of Europe and Asia. This is a rather strange construction, in the pedestal of which there are stones from the extreme points of these parts of the world. The newlyweds place is very popular, and a rare wedding in Pervouralsk does without a memorable photo of the groom and bride between the border of the two ends of the world.

Of course, Pervouralsk is not a representative of a typical European city with street cafes, souvenir shops, live music and medieval architecture. Instead of street cafes - restaurants and eateries, souvenirs can be bought in kiosks, the oldest buildings preserved in Pervouralsk - wooden barracks, and the very first stone house was built only in 1935.
Now the city is undergoing noticeable changes, becoming more modern and functional. Visit Pervouralsk is for those who are interested in how a real hard worker lives, a working person, to get rid of stereotypes and draw their own conclusions. All small towns are good in their own way, especially for their residents. If you decide to visit this city, then take a closer look and notice a lot of charm and charm in the gray, coughing, but kind and sweet Pervouralsk.
