Packing a backpack on a trip: what to take and what to leave at home

Summer is not far off - it is time for holidays, hiking trips and active recreation. If desired, even in a short period, you can travel around a huge number of places, rewarding yourself with unforgettable emotions and impressions. However, the preparation for the trip is no less important factor. After all, a properly assembled suitcase backpack is, first of all, a guarantee of your convenience in constant movement. In an attempt to anticipate all unforeseen events, we lead to the fact that the bag swells to an incredible size and becomes heavy lifting. But there is a certain algorithm of items, collecting which, your backpack will weigh no more than five kilograms. Of course, no one will minimize this list: passport, phone, T-shirt and heat-wear. There are certain guidelines that will teach you how to pack your things on the road correctly.

Prioritizing things n

The first thing to start with is a clear understanding of what things you absolutely need and what you can do without. It is better to write them out on a piece of paper. For example, if you unconditionally need a camera, because you will capture new places on it, then you can do without an iron or kettle, since they will always be in the hotel.

List of mandatory items

To help you quickly figure out what things are indispensable on any trip, we have compiled a list of top-priority items that should definitely end up in your bag:

  1. Documents. Passport, passport, insurance, driver's license, etc.
  2. Clothing: T-shirts, pants, shorts, T-shirts, sweater.
  3. Personal hygiene products: toothbrush, comb, shaving machine, shampoo, pads, etc.
  4. Shoes - sneakers, sneakers and slates.
  5. First aid kit - means for food poisoning, from tanning, patch, bandage.
  6. Photo and video equipment.

It is also recommended to minimize the volume of many personal items. For example, if you choose a shampoo, instead of a large bottle that will create additional weight, pour it into a smaller vessel. If you have spent it before the time, then buying it in the place where you stay is unlikely to be a problem.

Baby stuff.

Getting kids on the road is a different story. Especially this question affects the topic of clothing, because the suitcase can be absolutely the whole wardrobe of the child – from an old T-shirt to a winter jacket (and what if it snows in Egypt?). To properly collect children's things, navigate by yourself. Imagine what he will need, and what not to take. For example, instead of innumerable sweaters and sweaters, you can take heat-wear. It will protect him from both cold and excessive sweating.
