Archerfield Airport

Description:

Archerfield Airport is a small airfield in Queensland. It is used for small and ultralight flights and has 4 short runways.

Brisburn Airport serves as a local base for regional and private flights. Two asphalt and two dirt strips cope with regular flights of small aircraft. It has its own flight control tower, as well as numerous hangars filled with light aircraft that are able to transport their owners over short distances.

Archerfield is an aeroport with a glorious army history. During the Second World War, a British Air Force base was located here. Today it is a local airfield that does not carry out regular passenger flights.
