Palm Beach New South Wales 2108, Australia

Description:

Sydney Palm Beach is famous for its endless expanses, stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and a sandy spit, behind which there is a windless bay. The beach is located in the Sydney state of New South Wales.

Near the beach is a hot tropical forest and granite cliffs, on which stands an ancient lighthouse. The lighthouse can be reached by a secret bootlegger trail used by smugglers to smuggle tobacco and alcohol into the city. From the top of the 100-meter-high cliff, there is a mesmerizing view of the Australian Pacific coast and the mouth of the Hawkesbury River flowing through the Kuringai Chase Park.

Palm Beach is often used for filming soap operas. On the beach there are 5 villages, also several reservoirs. Here tourists are provided with the services of a hairdresser, beautician, restaurants and cafes, as well as hotels.
