St. Andrew's Cathedral

Cnr of George and Bathurst Streets, Sydney, Australia

Description:

St Andrew’s Cathedral was built in Sydney in 1868. The cathedral is one of the oldest in the country and annually attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world.

The Cathedral of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney has reached our days in excellent condition. The Neo-Gothic St. Andrew’s Cathedral has preserved almost all historical interiors, including excellent stained glass windows.

Initially, an organ was installed in the cathedral, which several decades later was merged into a single whole with another organ. The resulting musical instrument became the largest in Australia.
