Schattenburg Museum

Burggasse 1, Feldkirch, Austria

About the company:

The Schattenburg Museum displays and shows its guests the life, traditions and traditions of generations of previous centuries.

The museum building is a beautiful medieval castle Schattenburg, which houses eighteen different rooms.

The museum collection presents visitors with artifacts and exhibits dating from the early fifteenth century. Here you can see old clothes and weapons, armor, attributes of church services, looms and more.

Today, the museum collects the historical heritage of the region, including works of art by local artists and sculptors. Recently, the museum opened the uppermost part of the castle tower, which was an important historical event for the city and the castle itself.

A special attraction of both the castle and the museum is the local restaurant, offering its guests the famous schnitzel, reaching a length of 30 centimeters, and in the spring season - incredibly delicate asparagus, poured with melted butter.
