About the company:

The Tyrolean Museum of Local History will allow you not only to enjoy priceless works of art, but also to learn more about the history of the Austrian state. A special atmosphere is given by the fact that the museum is located in the building of the former monastery.

The history of the Tyrol Museum begins in 1926, when its doors were first opened to visitors. Although the collection began much earlier, and in many ways became possible thanks to the altruistic motives of the inhabitants of Tyrol. It was they who quite unselfishly presented the museum with rare exhibits from their personal collections. All this allowed the Tyrolean Museum to collect the largest exhibition of folk art in Europe.

In addition to numerous mechanisms, musical instruments, coins and clocks, the Tyrolean Museum has a huge collection of books and ancient manuscripts.
