Krimml waterfalls

Krimml waterfalls are located in a nature reserve. Their huge height they occupy the fifth place out of ten in the world. Hiking the steps from the bottom up takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Those who enjoy hiking can even reach the Krimmler Kees Glacier.
These waterfalls are the most visited attraction in Austria. About 350,000 people visit it every year. One of the Austrian Alpine clubs has created a trail that leads directly to this breathtaking spectacle of nature and provides a unique opportunity to view all the waterfalls in relative proximity. Refreshing splashes of waterfall and impressive force, the water is surrounded by beautiful scenery of the High Tower National Park.
Every year, various tours and exhibitions are organized at Krimml waterfalls. Everyone can visit them from the end of April to the end of October.
