Now each of you has the opportunity to appreciate the amazing taste and high quality of this delicacy. You can try sturgeon or beluga caviar right in the boutique, with a touch of good French champagne or wine.

More about the tour
Caviar is obtained from classic Caspian sturgeons. It all started in 1954, when a sturgeon breeding plant was built in Azerbaijan for the first time. It is located in the Neftchala district in a natural reserve on the shore of the Caspian Sea. In Soviet times, this caviar was supplied to the Kremlin. One of the most famous admirers of our caviar was Sir Winston Churchill.

What awaits you:
• Meeting in front of the metro "Old Town"
• We reach our chic restaurant, where caviar is tasted;
• On the second floor we will find a very pleasant atmosphere of luxurious space, where pastel and dark colors are mainly used, with classical decoration of the walls;
• A small table is covered with the best caviar, supplemented with champagne;
• You start to try black caviar only with a silver or ceramic spoon. Caviar should not come into contact with metals, otherwise it immediately oxidizes and acquires an unpleasant metallic taste;
Caviar will be at room temperature. Chilled caviar is not served. Experts put it on top of the hand between the thumb and index finger. Under the influence of warm body temperature, it reveals its taste and aroma;
• Try to taste, press the eggs to the sky and let them burst; Feel them “explode” and the juice will spread over the surface of the tongue. Along with the natural fishy taste, you will also experience a creamy or nutty taste (depending on the type of caviar).
Drink a sip of champagne. With caviar, brute drinks and white dry Meysari wines are well combined;
