I wonder what can happen when the amazing sculptor “Nature”, thinking about beauty and nothing but beauty, decides to paint clay in all shades of the Sun and make a sculpture out of it, from a glance at which breathtaking? And of course, the mountains are full of colors. Mountains that cause delight, delight your eyes, amaze your imagination and touch to the depths of your soul. And of course, they leave behind a sea of impressions and beautiful photos. The colored mountains of Khyzy are a real masterpiece of nature, which is definitely worth seeing when visiting Azerbaijan. In addition, you will find a safari and climb to the sacred mountain “Beshbarmag”, a visit to which, even people who often visit the mountains, called the most interesting trip to the mountains, of those they had in their lives.

Sacred Mount Beshbarmag

In a little more than an hour we will reach Khyza, where we will be waiting for another amazing journey. We will take a local SUV (usually to Niva) and go to the local place of power, the sacred mountain Bashbarmag and visit Khydyrzinda – a sacred place at its very top. On our way there will be ancient ruins of the fortress, and we will also visit the ancient cemetery. Of course, this part of our journey is designed for strong-minded people, but if you find it difficult to climb the long, literally Tibetan stairs, we will immediately drive to the base of the cliff on an SUV. The reward for your work will be a fantastically interesting adventure and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Caspian Sea that opened to you at the top. You will hear from me interesting stories and legends related to this amazing place.

The Martian Landscapes of the Khyzy Mountains

Then you will travel through time and space. To the edge of the colorful mountains of Hyzy. These mountains, with their bizarre shapes and colorful patterns, will take you many millennia back to the Mesozoic era, the time when they were formed. And then, like John Carter from the famous novel by Edgar Burroughs, in an instant they will be carried away to a distant Mars – an amazing, red planet. The color of the mountains around you will shimmer in red, terracotta and gold shades.

Similar mountains can be found in the United States, and there they are considered one of their main natural attractions. But in order to look at such mountains in Arizona, you need a year in advance, buy an entrance ticket, or win it in litoria. And in Azerbaijan, you just need to book a tour with me and we can go at least tomorrow.

Garden of Eden

And then we will go to a real paradise. After all, this is the name of the place where our path will lie: “Jennet bugs”, translated as “Paradise Garden”. Paradise that stretches in the middle of the reserve "Alty Agach". After walking along the colorful stone paths through the forest area of the Garden of Eden, we will climb to one of the most interesting observation platforms that you have seen in your life. You will see a beautiful landscape covered with forests of mountains. You can ride on a colorful cable car and visit the local zoo, where you can admire local eagles, bears and non-native monkeys.

Next, you can reinforce your strength with delicious national dishes and aromatic tea, in a local restaurant. Or we will gather on the way and eat along the way the tasty kutabs, which will be sold throughout the journey and whose equals you will not find anywhere in Baku.

Having accumulated a lot of pleasant impressions, we will return to Baku in the evening.
