Shahdag – Northern Gate of Azerbaijan

The resort is located on the territory of the largest national park in Azerbaijan. Shahdag operates all year round: in winter as a ski resort, and in summer as a tourist base with many interesting entertainments. After leaving Baku early, we will make a small stop at the sanctuary mountain Besh Barmag and in 3 hours we will reach the Shahdag complex.

Cable car
Even if you do not plan to go skiing, you should definitely ride on the cable car of the Shahdag complex. A breathtaking trip over the mountain scenery is sure to charm you and will be remembered for a lifetime.

Skiing
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier, there are 13 ski slopes waiting for you throughout the season. Purchase or rent skis, helmet, snowboard or any other necessary equipment, book a lesson and discover Mount Shahdag.

Zip-line
This attraction will give you the opportunity to sweep, clinging to the rope, at speed over the mountains, thereby tickling your nerves and admiring the delightful view.

tubing
Sliding downhill at head-to-head speed is fun for the whole family. No experience is required, just invite your family and friends, take an inflatable sled and let the fun begin!

Sledging for children
Sledging is perfect for you if you are over 4 years old, you are energetic and crave pleasure! Hold tight to the sled and have fun in the children's area.

Tours at the ratrak
We will take you to the top of all the slopes of the complex, where you can fully enjoy their stunning mountain panorama.

Snowmobile tours
Ever wanted to try a snowmobile ride? In Shahdag you can get the desired pleasure and adrenaline. Excursions will be held high in the mountains, which offers breathtaking views of the resort and surrounding areas.

Tandem paragliding
Our professional team will take you to the flight site. Shoes, helmet, gloves are issued from our side, and so - jeans are ideal! The duration of the flight takes 15-20 minutes. The overall process will take approximately an hour. The entire flight will be filmed on a GoPro camera.

Stand shooting.

Entertainment Park
Buckle up and be ready! Our park is designed for adventurers of all ages! Climb a tightrope, swing between bridges or test your nerves for endurance on a suspended metal cable. This park is an ideal place for family entertainment.

Children's entertainment center / Inflatable castles
Hours of fun under the careful supervision of staff for younger members of your family! While parents are skiing or relaxing at spa treatments, children can have fun and make new friends by playing in inflatable castles.

ATV tours

There are different walking routes according to the skill level of anyone. The lifts will help bring your scooter to the desired height, after which you can start entertaining!

Segway with special tires will allow you to easily take a walk along a dedicated route of mountainous terrain.

Horseback riding
Everyone, regardless of age, can go for a horse ride through the beautiful natural places of Shahdag, enjoying the clean air of the mountains. No experience is required for this.

Fitness Center
Shahdag recreational facilities include a fitness center with a modern gym, sauna, indoor pool, Turkish hammam and jacuzzi. The hotel is famous for its only outdoor heated pool in the region.

Finally relax you will be helped by two wine cellars with a wide range of world wines and exquisite food restaurant Miras. And for those who prefer not to spend a lot of time on food, in the complex Shahdag open fast food restaurant "Tez Bazaar", where you can quickly, tasty and very high-quality lunch.

Return to Baku.

Considering the long way, at the latest at 17:00 we will go back and at about 21:00-22:00 we will be in Baku (depending on whether we stop for dinner or not).

Attention! If you wish, the tour can take 2 days (and even more). In this case, the program will include a visit to the unique mountain village of Laza. This will increase the cost of the excursion by 50% and you will have to book a hotel for 1 night (depending on your capabilities: either in the Shahdag complex itself or a more budget option in the city of Kusary).
