At the beginning of the tour you will visit the ancient temple of fire worshipers Ateshgah, located 30 km from Baku on the outskirts of Surakhany village. Zoroastrians from India traveled thousands of kilometers from their homeland to Surakhany to worship the fire that was burning from the ground. Then the program includes a visit to the mountain Yanardag, on the slope of which natural gas has been burning since ancient times, as if justifying the unofficial name of Azerbaijan “Land of Fire”! After a 30-minute break for a photo shoot, the tour ends, returning to the hotel.
