Ostend-Brugge Airport is located near the coast in the Ostend region, 25 kilometers from Bruges. This is a major transport airport, also serving charter flights and business aviation flights.
Ostend-Brugge is an airport with a glorious and rich history, which played an important role in the victory of the Allies in World War II. Today, it has become the largest transport airfield in the province and is gradually turning into a popular passenger airport, from where numerous charter flights to southern Europe depart.
Passenger aircraft departing from Ostend Brugge operate flights to Tenerife, Malaga, Antalya. For the convenience of travelers, a small terminal and a car park for 750 seats are organized.
Around the terminal there are numerous warehouses capable of receiving multi-ton cargoes.
