Border pillar of the city and fortress

The border pillar of the city and fortress in Brest is an important part of the memorial complex "Brest Fortress-Hero" of the Museum of Defense of the Brest Fortress.

This is the memory of the defense of the fortress in 1941. The pole is exhibited in one of the halls of the museum (the museum occupies 10 halls in total and is one of the most famous military museums of the republic and CIS countries). The permanent exposition and exhibitions of the Museum of Defense of the Brest Fortress present about 4000 exhibits. The collection of funds of the memorial includes about 80,000 photographs, documents found during excavations, works of art and other relics.
