Brest Airport
Description:
Brest Airport is an international airport of the first category, which has a strip for takeoff and landing length of 2,620 meters and a width of 42 meters, so airliners weighing up to 400 tons can land here.
The airport began its work in 1976, and since 1986 an air terminal complex has been opened, which has a medical center, storage rooms, a hotel for 50 seats, a parking lot and a mother and child room. The airport serves passenger as well as cargo flights, it has a customs warehouse, which passes about 400 tons of cargo daily.
You can get to the airport by bus on the route “Moskovskiy bus station – Minsk airport” and by taxi. On the city bus travel time will be 40 minutes. The airport operates from half 2 a.m. to half 12 a.m.
