About the company:
The Museum of Medieval Knighthood belongs to the number of private museums of Polotsk.
The expositions of the museum are located in three halls. Here are the interiors of an ancient medieval castle and household items. In one of the halls you can see in detail the weapons and equipment of the medieval knight, his cold weapons, bows, arrows, crossbows.
Sometimes the owner of the museum acts as a guide. But in most cases, for groups and for individual tourists, a pre-recorded text of the tour is included.
Special attention is required by the brick room, called "torture dungeon". It contains the tools of shoulder deeds of masters and a skeleton sitting in shackles.
The museum is a regular participant of the annual knight festivals, the European action “Night of Museums”, when museums work all night.
In the shop located at the museum, you can buy a number of interesting souvenirs and get a knightly treat.
