Monument to one of my favorite artists Mark Chagall in Vitebsk, in the courtyard of the house-museum. at the beginning of Pokrovskaya Street.
The official name of the monument is “Vitebsk melody on a French violin”. Sculptor Valery the Mighty.
The monument was erected in 1997.
