Residence Park

Residence Park is the most beautiful place in the city of Belem.

The park got its name from the fact that since 1934 it has been the official residence of the governors of the state of Pará. The palace is now the seat of the Executive Secretariat of Culture of Pará.

The park has a 400-seat theater, opened in 1997. The theater hosts performances, dance shows, musicals, lectures, forums and conferences. There is also an amphitheatre in the Residence Park for outdoor performances.

In the center of the Residence Park is a great restaurant, and there is also a trailer where you can enjoy wonderful ice cream. More than 400 different species of orchids, many beautiful sculptures, as well as parrots and many other birds - all this makes the park a unique place to relax.
