Palace of Justice

The Palace of Justice (Pal cio da Justi a), or the building of the Ministry of Justice of Brazil, is located in the center of the new capital, on the Esplanade of Ministries. This building was designed by the famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer in the Art Nouveau style, observing the principle of unity of architecture with nature.

The Palace of Justice is truly unique and amazing. The building is surrounded by an artificial reservoir, the main glass facade is equipped with special semi-arches, from which multi-level water cascades drain. This gives the impression of fantastic, flexibility of the whole structure. The official premises of the palace are located in an inner green courtyard.
