Tartaruga Beach

Tartaruga beach is one of the twenty-odd beaches of Buzios resort. As well as others in the region, it has a bright, southern lush beauty, relaxed atmosphere and relative calm. There aren't many people here. So a long strip of pure coastal sand, the luxury of approaching almost wild jungle and incredible emerald sea waters will be at your almost sole disposal.

Often also note the special color of the local water - it is bright, almost implausible emerald color. It is believed that this effect is achieved due to the smallest particles of algae.

Tartaruga beach is also the leader in the number of incredible sunsets. Many people come here to enjoy an impressive spectacle.
