Museum of Sports in Maceio

The Sports Museum is the largest Brazilian gallery dedicated to the national sport of football. It is located in the small port city of Porto Alegre, but travelers from all over the country come to see its exhibits. Often there are guests from other countries in the museum. Basically, they're all fans.

All the items collected in the museum tell about the history of world football.

In the museum you can not only get acquainted with the things of famous Brazilian football players, learn more about their lives and fate, but also get access to documents related to the history of football.

The museum has several halls, each of which is dedicated to a special direction. Near the building there is a small shop where visitors can buy a souvenir. Here they sell balls, calendars, T-shirts, sports uniforms with autographs of famous athletes.

Entrance to the museum is paid for all visitors.
