Lagoa do Peixe National Park

Lagoa do Peixe is a national park area located 190 kilometers south of Porto Alegre and part of the Ramsar Convention.

Lagoa to Pakes is a beautiful lagoon with a length of 35 kilometers and a width of one and a half kilometers. The national park also includes dunes, beaches, deciduous and mangrove forests. On the territory of the lagoon you can observe a variety of fauna and flora, amazing beauty of coral reefs that have become home to a large number of aquatic inhabitants.

The main attractions are the villages of Mostardas and Tavares, where you can take walking or cycling trips. And climbing the nearby lighthouses of Solidao and Mostradas, you can appreciate a beautiful view of the entire park area of Lagoa do Peixe.
