Sandy beach Cachorro is located on the north coast of the central island of the archipelago of Fernando di Noronha, on the shore of a small, isolated cove. Its name translates into Russian as “dog beach” – this place is named after an ancient fountain decorated with a sculpture of a dog. At the moment, the fountain no longer exists, but the name is still preserved.
Clean, clear water attracts many divers and divers to Cachorro beach. Also, this place is a success with beginner surf lovers - the waves here are ideal for teaching this sport.
