Tibau do Sul Beach
Brazil, east of the country, Tibau do Sul
Description:
The beach of Tibau do Sul is washed by the waters of two reservoirs: on the one hand - Lake Guarairas, the Atlantic Ocean - on the other. This magnificent beach is located in a protected lagoon. Tibau do Sul used to be a fishing village, but later it was chosen by tourists.
The beach is separated from the ocean by a ridge of reefs, the water is calm, and for this reason Tibau do Sul is great for family holidays.
There is a ferry on the opposite side of the bay. Ferries run frequently, about once an hour. On the other bank you can find deserted wild beaches and forest thickets.
