Sunset Meeting on Sugar Head Mountain
Description:
The observation deck on Mount Sugar Head is a place in Rio de Janeiro where you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. One advantage is the bird's eye view (396 meters above sea level), from the entrance to Guanabara Bay. Also, we'll see the city of Rio de Janeiro catch on fire as night falls.
There are two options to reach the site, climb the trail that starts at Praia Vermelha beach and goes through the forest to the top of the Urca hill (the first hill of the cable car) or climb the traditional cable car.
